The campground is located at the entrance to the historic village of Val-Jalbert, along the feisty Ouiatchouan River and crisscrossed by the Ouellet stream. CITQ-201143

It comprises 188 pitches in a woodland of deciduous and coniferous trees, distributed as follows:

• 20 pitches with 3 services (water, 50 amp electricity and sewer)
• 64 pitches with 3 services (water, electricity and sewerage)
• 21 pitches with 2 services (water and electricity)
• 83 unserviced pitches (including 1 with tent shelter)

A tent shelter is a 10 x 9 foot wooden platform with 3 walls and a roof that protects the tent, camping equipment and picnic table from the elements.
